ŠI do not own Britney Spears, Lucky or anything to do with the song. This is mearly a fan fic written to the song. Also, I've changed three of the Lucky's to Mimi's to fit the story.
*This is a story about a girl named Mimi...*
*Early morning, she wakes up
Knock, knock, knock on the door
It's time for makeup, perfect smile
It's you they're all waiting for.*
Mimi smiled sadly as she starred at her reflexion in the full length mirror. She had to fight with her wardrobe crew to let her wear the long pink sequined dress and silver tiara.
*They go... "Isn't she lovely, this Hollywood girl?"*
Her dream had come true. She was a famous Hollywood star. Since she was young she wanted to be a star. Now she was, but how could she have known the price she would have to pay?
*And they say...

But she cry, cry, cries in her lonely heart, thinking
If there's nothing missing in my life
Then why do these tears come at night?*
Only six months ago she had it all. A great boyfriend, a great job, and lots of friends. But Joe had told her that her job was interfearing in their relationship when they hadn't written to each other for three months. And she lost connection with her japanese friends after that. Those DigiWorld days seemed like they happened ages ago and not just five years ago. Mimi hasn't even seen Palmon in those five years. She missed her Digimon friend.
*Lost in an image, in a dream
But there's no one there to wake her up
And the world is spinning, and she keeps on winning
But tell me what happens when it stops?*
Just last night she had a terrible dream that MaloMyotismon had come back to get her and no one was around to help her. She screamed out Joe's name but he never came and no one else did either.

When she awoke she called up Joe but got his answering machine. She had forgotten about the time difference between California and Japan. Into the machine Mimi told Joe how much she loved and missed him and she wanted nothing more than to get back together with him. She explained that she had been nominated for best actress at the awards show that night and she wished he was there with her.
As Mimi accepted her award she thought she saw a familiar face in the audience, but then thought she was just seeing things. In her thank you speech she thanked her fans, her workers, and especially Joe and Pally (aka Palmon). Then she was led off stage while everone applauded and was met with TV cameras and reporters backstage. When they were satisfied with the answers she gave them, Mimi made her way back to her seat and watched the rest of the awards being handed out. She didn't see the person she thought she had recognized, though.
*"I'm Roger Johnson for Pop News standing outside the arena waiting for Mimi!" "Oh, my god... here she comes!"*
Deceiding to skip the party afterwards, Mimi made her way outside to her white limo to be met with cheering fans and more cameras. Climbing into her limo, she put her award down next to her and allowed a few tears to fall from her eyes. Even though this was one of the best days of her life, she wished she couldn've shared it with someone.

As the limo pulled into her driveway, Mimi quickly dried her eyes and composed herself when she stepped outside. Thanking her chauffer, she made her way up the stairs and into her California house. But when she walked into her living room she gasped. The lights were off and the whole room was lit by candles. Then the person sitting in a chair with his back to her stood up and turned around. Mimi wondered if her legs would hold her up. Staring at her with dark blue eyes was the person she wanted to see more than anything. Joe smiled and Mimi threw herself into his arms knocking both of them onto the couch. He unwrapped her arms from around his neck and for a second Mimi was scared. But then he pulled out a pink box and opened it to reveal a silver band with small pink and white diamonds inlaid in it. Then Joe asked the question Mimi had wished he would. "Will you marry me?"

Now her tears were of happiness. After she had accepted Joe's proposal, he brought out another surprise. All Mimi saw was a flash of green before she was enveloped in a big hug. Joe had broght along Palmon and Gomamon too. Mimi thought that things couldn't of been better until Joe told her that TK, Kari, Tai, Sora, Izzy, Ken, Yolei, Matt, Cody, Davis, Michael, and their digimon were staying at a nearby hotel. Mimi couldn't believe it. All her dreams had come true. Placing Palmon aside she leaned over and gave Joe a huge kiss.
